Flower Link LLC Pensacola

I’ve been in the floral industry for years, and Flower Link in Pensacola is hands-down one of the best wholesale experiences I’ve ever had. Their team’s knowledge and friendly service are truly exceptional! From the second I walked in (or called ahead), everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. No stuffy attitudes here — just a super friendly group of pros who make you feel like part of the family. They take the time to chat, answer every question, and make sure you leave with exactly what you need (and usually a few brilliant ideas you didn’t even know you wanted).Their knowledge is next-level. These folks are true experts in fresh cut flowers. They directly import from Ecuador, Colombia, and other top growers around the world, so the quality and variety are outstanding. Whether I’m looking for premium roses, unique seasonal blooms, lush foliage, or the perfect hard goods (ribbons, vases, oasis, sympathy supplies, etc.), they know every variety inside and out — freshness, vase life, design potential, and what works best in our Gulf Coast climate. Their recommendations have seriously elevated my arrangements! If you’re a florist, event planner, or anyone

I can not say enough about how helpful Ray is when it comes to picking out flowers for unique bouquet. I appreciate my sales rep Whitney for always going out of her way to find the best quality flowers. Flower Link does carry the best and most long lasting flowers... that is why they are my #1 pick for all my flower needs.

I have worked with Flower Link for years now and have always been given great customer service. If something was wrong with the flowers they will make it right, and have been gracious to me with my little mistakes as well. Rae has recently taken over as manager and I cannot say enough good things about the improvements in quality and communication she has put into place. Shoutout to Whitney, too, who goes out of the way to clarify orders and makes sure I get what I need.

Very disappointed. Mother’s Day right around the corner, ordered flowers from Flowerlink and a good portion of my flowers had mold and were no good. No fresh flowers here. Can’t even get them replaced at this point because I am fulfilling order and can’t process over the next couple day. See pictures for reference. Very disappointed.
